Wheelchair on rent, delivered to your door
A wheelchair on rent from Eldrly costs ₹1,500 a month, delivered and collected at your door. Renting makes sense for a recovery measured in weeks — a fracture, a joint replacement, a spell of weakness after illness — and for trying a chair before buying one for the long term.

Choosing the right chair
The three questions the care team will ask: who pushes it, where it goes, and how long the person sits in it each day.
- Standard folding wheelchair: for short trips and a caregiver who pushes. Folds into a car boot.
- Commode wheelchair: a cut-out seat and a pan, for a patient who cannot reach the bathroom.
- Reclining wheelchair: for someone who sits for hours and needs to rest back.
- Check the seat width against the person, and the doorways and lift against the chair.
Using it safely at home
- Brakes on for every transfer, every time.
- Footrests up when getting in and out; feet on the footrests when moving.
- A cushion for anyone sitting more than an hour — bedsores form on chairs as well as beds.
- Take a threshold or a lift gap backwards, big wheels first.
Delivery, installation and return
Rental is monthly. The equipment is delivered to the address, installed and demonstrated, and collected when the rental ends. Everything is cleaned and checked between rentals. The rental price excludes consumables — masks, tubing, filters, sheets — which are billed as used.
