1Who these terms are for
These terms govern your relationship with Eldrly Home Care Private Limited as a care partner — a doctor, nurse or elder-care professional who accepts work through the Eldrly Partner app or the partner web portal.
They are separate from the Terms of Service that apply to families who book care. If you are a customer, those are the terms that apply to you.
By registering as a care partner, accepting a booking, or signing in to the Partner app, you agree to these terms.
2You are an independent professional
You are engaged as an independent professional. These terms do not create a contract of employment, a partnership, or an agency between you and Eldrly, and nothing here should be read as promising one.
This means you decide which bookings to accept, and you are free to work through other platforms or directly with your own clients. It also means you are responsible for your own income tax, and for any professional registration, licence or indemnity insurance your profession requires you to hold.
We state this plainly rather than burying it, because it determines what you are and are not entitled to, and you should know it before you rely on this work.
3Registration, verification and approval
Before you can be offered work we verify who you are and that you are qualified. Your registration is reviewed by a person, not only by a system.
- Identity is proved through DigiLocker, which confirms your Aadhaar record with the issuing authority. We never ask you to type an Aadhaar number, and we do not store one.
- Doctors and nurses must supply a professional registration certificate and a degree certificate. These are read by our team and are never shared with families.
- Elder-care partners supply a photograph taken at registration. It is used to confirm identity at approval and is not published anywhere.
- Your bank account or UPI ID is verified with our payment provider before your first payout. We store a masked display value and a one-way reference, never your full account number.
- Approval is at our discretion and we may decline an application. We may withdraw approval if a verification later fails, if a serious complaint is upheld, or if you breach these terms.
4Accepting and delivering work
Bookings are offered to every approved partner whose role, availability and location match. Offers are not allocated in turn, and accepting one is never compulsory — declining an offer does not count against you.
A booking may need more than one role. Where it does, the first partner to accept takes their own role’s place on that booking, and the remaining roles stay open to others.
Once you have accepted, a family is relying on you. If you cannot attend, tell us as early as you can so we can send somebody else. Repeatedly accepting and then not attending is a breach of these terms.
5Starting a visit, and the customer PIN
A visit begins when you are at the address and the customer gives you their four-digit PIN. The app confirms you are within 100 metres of the service address and records the time.
The PIN is the customer’s confirmation that you arrived. Never ask for it before you are at the door, never record it anywhere, and never ask a customer to share it in advance. If a customer has no PIN, call the partner helpline rather than starting the visit — you will not be penalised for a gap that is ours.
A photograph is taken at check-in as an attendance record. It is held securely, is visible only to our internal team, and is never shared with the family.
6What you are paid
Your pay is set by your own role and is not affected by what the family paid. A discount given to a customer never reduces your fee.
- Doctor: ₹1,500 for each completed visit.
- Nurse: ₹750 for each completed visit.
- Elder-care partner: ₹18,000 for a 26-day rota, credited across the rota’s visits so a completed booking sums exactly to that amount.
- A caregiver rota does not run on Sundays. Those days are the month’s holidays and are not deducted from your fee.
- These rates are shown in the app and the portal. If a rate changes, the new rate applies only to bookings accepted after the change — never to work you have already agreed to do.
7When you are paid
Earnings for a booking are transferred together, two working days after every visit that booking owes has been completed. The trigger is the package finishing, not its calendar end date passing.
Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. The payout date shown in the app is the date we are committing to: it may be brought forward if a booking finishes early, and it is never pushed back.
Payment is made to the bank account or UPI ID you have verified. There is no withdrawal button and no wallet you draw from — we transfer, you do not request.
You will be asked for a PAN. Tax is deducted at source where the law requires it, and the deduction is shown on your earnings screen.
8Referral rewards
You may invite other professionals using the referral code on your profile. Where somebody registers with your code and is subsequently approved by our team, ₹100 is credited to your earnings.
The reward is credited on approval rather than on registration, and once per person invited. A reward credited in error is reversed by a corresponding entry rather than by deleting the original, so your earnings history stays auditable.
9Your conduct in a family’s home
You are working inside somebody’s home, usually with a person who is frail. The standard expected of you is higher than politeness.
- Treat the patient and the household with dignity, and respect their privacy and their possessions.
- Work within the limits of your qualification and registration. Never carry out a procedure you are not qualified for, whatever you are asked.
- Do not accept cash, tips, gifts or payment of any kind directly from a family. All payment goes through Eldrly — this protects you as much as it protects them.
- Do not arrange work directly with a family, outside the platform, for a booking you were introduced to through Eldrly.
- Do not attend under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicant.
- Report any accident, injury, medical deterioration or safeguarding concern to us immediately.
10Confidentiality and patient data
Everything you learn about a patient and their household is confidential. That obligation continues indefinitely after you stop working through Eldrly.
Do not photograph, record or post anything about a patient, their home or their family, on social media or anywhere else. Do not discuss a case outside the care team.
Do not save a customer’s address or telephone number outside the app. Contact details are shown to you only after you accept a booking, and only for as long as you need them.
11Location while you are on duty
While you are on duty, the Partner app records your approximate position so we can offer you nearby work and tell a family you are on the way. Going off duty stops it, and it is never recorded when you are off duty.
We do not use this to measure how long you take, to score you, or to build a history of your movements outside working time. It is retained for a short period and then deleted.
You may go off duty at any time, for any reason, without telling us why.
12Suspension and ending the relationship
You may stop working through Eldrly at any time. Please complete any booking you have already accepted, or tell us early enough that we can replace you.
We may suspend or remove your access where a verification fails, where a serious or repeated complaint is upheld, where you breach these terms, or where we reasonably believe a patient is at risk. Where we suspend an account we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond, unless doing so would put somebody at risk.
Earnings for work you have already completed are paid in the ordinary way, whatever the reason for leaving. We do not withhold completed earnings as a penalty.
13Liability and insurance
Eldrly introduces you to families and handles scheduling and payment. Clinical judgement is yours, and you remain professionally responsible for the care you give, as you would be in any other setting.
You are responsible for holding whatever professional indemnity insurance your profession and registration require.
Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14Grievances, governing law and changes
If you have a complaint — about a payment, a family, a booking, or how you have been treated by us — call the partner helpline on +91 9004374489, or contact our Grievance Officer, whose details are below. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction. This does not affect any right you have to approach a labour authority or a consumer forum.
We may change these terms as the service or the law changes. Where a change affects your pay or your payout timing, we will tell you before it takes effect. This version is effective from 21 August 2026.
Grievance redressal
If you have a complaint about the service, or about how your personal data has been handled, contact our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days, as required by the Information Technology Rules, 2021. Consumer complaints are resolved within 30 days under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Email: grievance@eldrly.in
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate a data-protection complaint to the Data Protection Board of India, or a consumer complaint to the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or the relevant consumer commission.
