Care plans start at ₹20,000 a month for a trained caregiver on a 12-hour day shift, 26 days a month. Plans that add nurse and doctor visits start at ₹33,000. Night shifts are priced separately, and 3 and 6-month tenures carry 5% and 10% discounts.
Sign in with your mobile number, choose a day or night care plan, pick a start date, confirm the address and pay securely online through Razorpay. A verified professional near the address is then offered the work.
Yes. Every doctor, nurse and caregiver proves their identity through DigiLocker and has their qualifications checked before they are approved. Eldrly never stores Aadhaar numbers.
A trained caregiver for a 12-hour shift, 26 days a month. Sundays are the weekly holiday. A visit only begins once the family reads out a 4-digit PIN from their Eldrly account, so you always know who is at the door.
Plans with medical care include a set number of doctor and nurse visits each month. Each visit is arranged with you and dated when the professional sets out, rather than fixed to a calendar in advance.
Yes. Choose a caregiver preference when you book. Your booking is only offered to caregivers who match it.
Yes. Hospital beds, oxygen concentrators, wheelchairs, BiPAP and CPAP machines, patient monitors, suction machines and more are available on monthly rental, delivered and installed at home.
Tell the care team and a replacement is arranged from partners near your address. Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Yes. The cancellation and refund terms are published on the Cancellation & Refunds page and apply to every plan.
